Maintenance Contracts.  Expect a contract tailored to meet your

needs or choose from one of our standard contracts.

Major or Minor Repairs.  Fully equipped for any type of service or repair you may require.  Field survey at no charge and a price quotation for work recommended.

New Installation.  Passenger, limited access, freight elevators. In-ground cylinder, twin post, roped hydraulic and traction. Residence elevators and commercial dumbwaiters.

Complete Modernization.  Complete or partial tear out.  We can determine what can and should be reused or replaced.  Competitive price quotation.

Hydraulic Cylinder Replacement.  Whether due to a leak in the ground or

as a preventive measure we can make this job as painless as possible at a competitive price point.

Safety Testing.  Required every 5 years on traction (cabled) elevators.

Reshackle.  Required every 2 years on drum type elevators.

Pressure Testing.  Required every 3 years on hydraulic elevators.

 

Cab Modernization.  Update and renew outdated cabs.  From plastic laminate walls and aluminum frame, drop ceiling grid with translucent panels to wood paneled walls with low voltage halogen lighting in a mirrored solid paneled ceiling.
